The appeal of our All Over Moon denim never wanes, with this classic fabric returning again and again. Made from a GOTS-certified organic cotton canvas, our indigo denim is stonewashed to produce a light blue, sand and purple blue shades; the latter is also treated with a pigment spray to achieve a really vibrant gradient effect that fades to a paler purple at the sides of the garment. After stonewashing, the All Over Moon is laser-printed onto the pieces, its placement differing for each. All are finished with red reinforcement stitches, logo-engraved metal buttons, and a Marine Serre jacron back patch.

Marine Serre offers a 100% GOTS Certified Organic denim twill family of garments, in addition to a Regenerated one. For this new family of denims, Marine Serre has opted for a light washed classic indigo as well as a striking black variant.

All the cotton Marine Serre sources for Borderline is GOTS-certified — this world-leading textile processing standard chiming with the house’s own well-known commitment to protecting the planet. In terms of the silhouettes across these ranges, we wanted to offer a wide range of everyday styles that are directly inspired by the world of sportswear. Our Moon Logo Jersey lines come in a range of traditional colours (white, black and grey, but in most cases lilac too) spun out across t-shirts, tanks and dresses, as well as underwear. These garments are finished in the classic way familiar from sportwear garments, with our Moon Logo in raised embroidery just below the neckline. Some of the Recycled Cotton Jerseys (lilac and grey) feature our MS Sport logo — a print moon with Marine Serre embroidered above, and we have also expanded our palette with seasonal colours such as red and blue, bearing a Gradient All Over Moon print.

This certification is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers and provides credible assurance of responsible manufacturing with the least chemical inputs. Premium Nappa leather which is made in Italy, and known for its soft and supple qualities, making it ideal in the summer months. During the embellishment stage, garments are airbrushed to reveal our All Over Moon Gradient print, which is set off by the richly dramatic camel, lilac and red palette of the garments. The intensity of the shading varies across each piece, creating a striking chiaroscuro effect that adds depth, dimension and a shimmering, mercurial quality that’s very much in keeping with the house’s lunar codes.
